摘要
高废钢比冶炼条件下,为有效解决转炉终点钢液磷含量偏高问题,结合钢厂设备条件与原料,现阶段以单渣法、双联法等为转炉脱磷的主要方法,这两种方法冶炼钢种多是低磷、超低磷等。现使用65t顶底复吹转炉,深入研究了高废钢比冶炼条件下的转炉脱磷技术,达到了合理控制终点钢液磷含量的目的,希望本次研究对今后工业生产有一定可借鉴之处。
Under the condition of high scrap steel ratio, in order to effectively solve the problem of high phosphorus content in the end point liquid steel of converter, combined with the equipment conditions and raw materials of steel plant, the main way of dephosphorization is single slag method and duplex method at the present stage. The two ways are low phosphorus and ultra-low phosphorus. Now the 65 t top bottom combined blown converter is used to study the converter dephosphorization technology under high scrap steel ratio and smelting condition. It achieves the purpose of reasonable control of phosphorus content in end-point liquid steel, and I hope this study can be used for reference for industrial production in the future.
