摘要
通过材料流入量、管理面宽度和分模线弧度3个方面的原因分析了翼子板轮弧压料面开裂问题。从材料流入量原因分析:成形过程中轮弧部位板料流入不均,中部板料流入过快,两侧走料慢,导致压料面撕裂;从管理面宽度原因分析:轮弧部位管理面太宽,宽度L=90mm,相同拽料力下,板料越宽,越容易出现开裂;从轮弧分模线弧度原因分析:轮弧分模线弧度过大,坯料边界为直线,不利于成形走料。
The paper analyzes the crack parting section in the fender wheel flange fillet arcbinder surface position through the material inflow capacity, managing surface width and splitline aspects. Through the material inflow capacity analysis, the unevenness of the material inflowcapacity, middle sheet flows more quickly, both sides flows more slowly.Through the managingsurface width analysis, the managing surface width is oversize, the width=90 mm, when the samepull stress, the sheet is more width, the easier crack. Through the split line arc analysis, the splitline arc is oversize, and the sheet line is straight line, against the material forming.
