摘要
汽车散热器罩具有形状复杂、非对称的特点,需要通过一副复合冲模在侧向修边和冲孔完成后,再垂直修边来获得。对汽车散热器罩的工艺特性进行分析,设计了散热器罩修边-冲孔复合模结构,对模具工作原理进行了阐述。该模具斜楔-滑块机构的滑块接触面由倾斜面和竖直面组合而成,保证了斜向修边和垂直修边的顺序协调。使用氮气缸驱动顶件装置,简化了模具结构,提高了生产效率。
Due to the features of complicated and dissymmetrical form,the radiator cover shall be gained through the side trimming and piercing by compound die with vertical trimming technology followed.The process property of the radiator cover was analyzed.The structure and working principle of trimming and piercing compound die for radiator cover were expounded.The interface between cam driver and slide block was composed by a vertical plane and a horizontal plane which coordinated the order of the side trimming and the vertical trimming.The production efficiency is improved and the die structure is optimized by using Nitrogen pump for driving stripper device
