介绍了汽车真空助力器前外壳成形工序和切舌模具,论述了模具结构特点和工作原理。该模具的凸模和活动凹模镶块分别在斜楔和楔形滑块作用下水平相向运动完成冲裁。上模回程时,它们又在气垫和弹簧作用下复位,避免了凹模阻碍出件。通过调节定位板和凹模镶块的行程,实现延时卸料,解决了切舌模卸料难的问题,模具动作协调。
The shape of the front crust of the car vacuum booster is complex and it needs many working steps to achieve the part. The article analyzes the technologic property of the front crust and describes the working procedure and the structure of the lancing die as well as the character and working principle of the die. By controlling the wedge block and springs, its punches and movable plate blocks achieve the horizontal punch movement. When the upper die returns, the punches and plate blocks return with the effect of the spring, so it avoids the interfering action between plate block and the part. Controlling the journey of the locating board and plate block makes the delay ejection, solves the difficulty of the die ejection and coordinates the movement of the die .
