摘要
目的:对综合护理应用在手术室外科伤口感染预防中的临床效果进行探究。方法:选自我院2016年1月至2017年1月期间收治的60例临床患者资料进行探究,采用随机方法分成对照组和观察组,每组各30例。给予对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者则采用综合护理措施。对比分析两组患者的伤口感染情况和护理效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率为93.33%,伤口发生感染情况为16.66%,与对照组患者相比有显著差异,存在统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:在手术室外科伤口感染预防中采用综合护理干预措施,有利于预防伤口感染,且取得良好的护理疗效,值得借鉴和推广。
To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing application in surgical wound infection prevention in operating room. Methods： The clinical data of 60 patients admitted from January 2016 to January 2017 were studied, and the control group and observation group were divided into 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nurs- ing and the patients in the Observation Group adopted comprehensive nursing measures. To compare and analyze the wound infection and nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results： The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%, the in-cidence of wound infection was 16.66%, compared with the control group, there was significant difference, there was statistically sig- nificant （p〈0.05）. Conclusion： The comprehensive nursing intervention in the prevention of surgical wound infection in operating room is helpful to prevent wound infection and obtain good nursing effect.
