摘要
目的研究会阴侧切术后切口感染的护理方法及临床效果。方法选取我院2015年7月-2017年7月收治的178例产妇,以单双数床号法分为2组,单床号产妇为对照组,双床号产妇为观察组,每组89例产妇,对照组产妇实施常规护理,观察组产妇实施综合护理,对比2组产妇切口感染情况以及对临床护理工作的满意度。结果观察组产妇切口感染明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇对临床护理满意度达到96.6%,明显高于对照组的89.9%(P<0.05)。结论积极探讨会阴侧切术后产妇切口感染原因,实施综合护理有助于降低产妇发生感染的概率,并提高产妇满意度。
Objective To explore the nursing methods and clinical effect of perineal incision infection. Methods From July 2015 to July 2017 in our hospital were treated 178 cases of the clinical research data, the 178 cases of pregnant women with single and double bed, were divided into two groups, single bed, were selected as the control group double bed, maternal as the observation group, each group 89 cases of pregnant women in clinical control group received routine nursing intervention, the implementation of comprehensive nursing for the observation group, two groups were observed and infections on clinical nursing satisfaction. Results In 89 cases of observation group, only 2 cases of puerpera Infection, and the observation group on Evaluation of clinical nursing work is higher, the total satisfaction rate reached 96.6%, and in 89 eases of the control group, but there were 8 cases of maternal infection, and control groups for clinical nursing work satisfaction is lower than the observation group. Conclusion Actively explore the cause of maternal perineal incision infection resection after the implementation of maternal and comprehensive nursing is helpful to improve the effect of clinical nursing care, reduce maternal infection probability, and improve maternal satisfaction.
