摘要
通过利用断口宏观分析、化学成分检测、硬度检测、金相组织检测等方法,分析螺杆断裂的原因。通过分析发现:螺杆的各项指标均符合技术要求,排除了材料和热处理工艺因素引发断裂的可能,样品断裂的最大可能来源于强应力作用所致,如过载、未热机启动、装配不当等情况。
Analyzing the reasons of screw fracture by using the fracture macroscopic analysis,chemical composition detection,hardness testing, metallographic detection, etc.The results show that all the indicators of the screw are in accordance with the technical requirements, which can exclude the possibility of fracture caused by material and heat treatment process.Stress-strain effect may be the main cause of fracture, which caused by overload, machine start-up without preheating and improper assembly,etc.
