摘要 中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白作为一种新型生物标志物,不仅在氧化应激、炎症反应、免疫反应、细胞分化和凋亡等方面发挥生物学作用,而且还参与高血压、冠心病、心力衰竭等多种心血管疾病病理过程,对于心血管疾病的诊断和预后具有重要作用。现对中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白在心血管疾病中的最新研究进展进行综述。 As a new biomarker,neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin ( NGAL) not only plays an important biological role in oxidative stress, inflammation,immune response,cell differentiation and apoptosis,but also involved in hypertension,coronary heart disease, heart failure and other cardiovascular diseases and pathological process. As well,NGAL plays an important role in the diagnosis and prognosis of cardiovascular disease. In this paper,the latest research progress of NGAL in cardiovascular diseases is reviewed.
