摘要
随着国内液化天然气(LNG)产业十余年的发展,LNG接收站项目的工艺系统、海水系统已得到改进与优化。介绍了常用的开架式气化器、中间介质式气化器和浸没燃烧式气化器的特点。以江苏某新建LNG接收站项目为例,考虑海水水质等因素的影响,对LNG气化器的选型进行分析。从技术与全生命周期经济性两方面考虑,确定采用开架式气化器作为主气化器,浸没燃烧式气化器作为备用气化器,使现场实际运行更加简单、可靠,可为后续新建项目的 LNG气化器选型提供参考。
With over 10 years development of domestic liquefied natural gas(LNG)industry,process system and sea water system of LNG terminal project have been improved and optimized.The features of open rack type vaporizer(ORV),intermediate fluid type vaporizer(IFV)and submerged combustion type vaporizer(SCV)are introduced.The equipment selection is analyzed in consideration of seawater quality and other factors by taking a new LNG terminal project that will be built in Jiangsu province as an example.A design of ORV as the main vaporizer and SCV as backup vaporizer is adopted for comprehensively analyses from technology and economy,which can make the operation more simple and reliable and provide a reference of equipment selection of LNG vaporizer in new projects.
