摘要
深入研究LNG液化、储存、接收等过程的工艺流程并进行流程模拟计算,对LNG相关装置的工艺设计具有重要意义。为此,研究了LNG接收站的操作模式、操作工况,分析了影响LNG接收站操作和设计参数的主要因素,利用通用流程模拟软件平台建立了模拟计算模型。通过对模拟计算结果的分析,确定了接收站各工艺单元的设计工况。计算和分析表明,接收站蒸发气处理系统设计工况应为卸船和最小输出工况,而LNG气化/输送系统设计工况应为天然气最大输出工况。LNG接收站流程模拟计算及结果分析为工艺设计奠定了基础。
In order to improve asset performance and utilization, it is essential for LNG technology design to benefit from simulation and modeling solutions after deep investigations into the whole process of LNG receiving terminal including liquefying, storing, and receiving, etc. After study on working styles and conditions of LNG receiving terminal, and on main factors influencing the operation and design parameters, a complete simulation model was built up by the general process simulators. Through analysis on simulation and modeling solutions, the working conditions of each unit of LNG receiving terminal were determined, which would benefit for LNG receiving terminal process design and optimization.
