摘要
本文从农药残留安全监管部门、法律法规及标准体系、标准制定原则及标准现状等方面对东盟主要贸易国农药残留监管体系进行研究,分析其监管特点,并就我国出口农食产品应对东盟农药残留安全监管提出对策建议。
This paper studies the pesticide residue monitoring system of the main trading countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations（ASEAN） from the aspects of pesticide residue safety supervision department,laws and regulations and standard system,standard setting principle and standard status,and analyzes its supervisory characteristics. And put forward countermeasures and suggestions on China＇s export of agricultural products to deal with ASEAN pesticide residues safety supervision.
