摘要
本文介绍美国、加拿大、日本、韩国、越南、新西兰等APEC自贸区主要成员国的水产品相关法律法规、认证认可及相关监管要求及制度等技术性贸易措施,并提出相关的对策,以期破解国外技术性贸易措施对我国水产品出口造成的障碍,减少技术贸易壁垒,促进我国水产品的出口。
This paper introduces the technical measures to trade of aquatic products such as related laws and regulations, certification and accreditation requirements and other regulatory requirements and systems in the main members of APEC free trade zone including the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam and New Zealand, and puts forward some countermeasures, in order to break the barriers on China＇s aquatic products export caused by foreign technical trade measures and promote China＇s aquatic products export.
