摘要
本文通过对冷链物流中生鲜农产品质量安全风险因素调查研究,分析得到冷链物流中生鲜农产品质量安全风险的4个一级指标和18个二级指标,采用层次分析法构建了冷链物流中生鲜农产品质量安全风险评价指标体系。通过德尔菲法专家调查法邀请五位行业内的专家对各层次指标评分,最终确定了各层次组合权重的系数,对层次权重系数分析给出冷链物流中生鲜农产品风险控制的建议。
In this paper,after studying and analyzing the quality risk factors of fresh produce in cold chain logistics,a risk evaluation index system,which consists of 4 primary indexes and 18 secondary indexes,is built by AHP. Through the Delphi method,the experts in five industries are invited to grade all levels of indicators and the coefficients of the combined weights are determined. The paper gives the suggestion of the risk control of fresh produce in cold chain logistics.
