摘要
我公司每月4日定期进行1B凝泵工频试转工作,在严格按照《#1机1B凝泵工频试转操作卡》进行两台凝泵并列运行时,发现两台泵并列不久即发生汽蚀,导致除氧器上水压力和流量骤降,严重影响机组的安全稳定运行,究其原因,制定切实可行的预防措施显得尤为重要。
On the 4 th of each month, our company conducts regular tests of 1B condensate pumping frequency. When two condensate pumps are operated in parallel in strict accordance with "#1 Machine 1B Condensate Pump Frequency Test Operation Card", we find that the two pumps are tied up shortly. The occurrence of cavitation has led to a sudden drop in the pressure and flow rate of the deaerator's upper water, which has seriously affected the safe and stable operation of the unit. For this reason, it is particularly important to formulate practical preventive measures.
