摘要
本文从我国微波食品发展现状出发,总结了当前我国微波食品存在基础研究不足、品种单一以及市场拓展乏力等问题,并结合军民融合创新发展的理念,探讨了微波食品军民融合发展的必要性和发展对策,以期为促进微波食品产业发展提供借鉴。
Based on the development status of microwave food in China,the problems were summarized,including lack of basic research,single varieties and lack of market expansion of microwave food.Combined with the concept of innovation-driven development of military-civilian integration,the necessity and countermeasures for the military-civilian integration development of microwave food were discussed,so as to provide reference for the development of microwave food industry.
