摘要
以习近平同志为核心的党中央结合中国国情,创造性地提出了精准扶贫、精准脱贫、内源式扶贫等一系列解决中国贫困问题的新观点和新方法,形成了具有中国特色的扶贫开发战略思想,并成为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。它以共同富裕为本质要求,以实事求是为思想路线,以内源式扶贫为依靠动力,以＂精准工作法＂为治理方式,以参与式扶贫为重要保障,把可持续发展理念始终贯穿于减贫工作,以达到脱真贫,真脱贫的目标。
