摘要
党的十八大以来,我国扶贫开发进入新时代脱贫攻坚阶段。新时代脱贫攻坚取得决定性进展,其最伟大成果是形成了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义扶贫思想(以下称:习近平扶贫思想)。打好打赢新时代脱贫攻坚战,需要学习领会习近平扶贫思想的理论渊源和时代特征,需要深刻理解习近平扶贫思想的鲜明理论品格,需要全面把握习近平扶贫思想引领形成的我国贫困治理新体系及其对于打好精准脱贫攻坚战的指导意义。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the poverty-relief and development endeavors of our country have entered into a period of new time poverty-shaking-off breakthrough. The decisive progress made in the new time poverty-shaking-off breakthrough leads to the formation of Xi Jinping's poverty-relief thoughts of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era( XI's thoughts on poverty-relief hereinafter). The victory of breaking through the difficult links in this poverty-shaking-off effort must be preceded by good understanding of XI's thoughts on poverty-relief,especially of the theoretical connotation and a good mastery of the new system of poverty issue resolution of our country as contained in XI's thoughts on poverty-relief,which is of significance of guiding the precision poverty-shaking-off efforts.
