地塞米松对山羊体内多种维生素和微量元素含量的影响 被引量:2

Effects of dexamethasone on the contents of several vitamins and trace elements in goats

摘要 为了研究慢性应激对体内维生素和微量元素的影响,试验选用10只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的波杂公山羊,随机均分为对照组和处理组,对照组肌注生理盐水,处理组肌注地塞米松0.2 mg/kg,每天注射1次,连续21 d。分别在第1、7、14和21天采集瘤胃液和血液样品,屠宰后采集相关组织样品。结果显示:处理组肝脏指数有上升趋势(P=0.07),脾脏指数极显著下降(P〈0.01)。对于维生素,处理组肝脏VE(P=0.077)和VC(P=0.066)含量有升高的趋势,处理组血浆中VA(P〈0.05)和视黄醇结合蛋白(P〈0.01)含量显著升高。对于微量元素,处理组肝脏Mn含量有升高趋势(P=0.075),处理组十二指肠中Fe含量有下降的趋势(P=0.09),处理组结肠和盲肠组织Cu含量显著升高(P〈0.05);结肠内容物中Cu含量极显著下降(P〈0.01);瘤胃液中Fe含量在第1天显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),但在第21天极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),瘤胃液中锰含量仅在第14天显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。研究结果表明,慢性应激能够引起山羊体内维生素和微量元素发生变化,为接下来更进一步的研究提供了参考。 The aim of this experiment was to assess the effects of dexamethasone on the content of vitamins and trace elements in goats. Ten rumen-cannulated boer goats were randomly and equally assigned to the control and treatment groups. The control group was injected with 0. 2 mg/kg of saline, and the treatment group with 0. 2 mg/kg of dexamethasone, once a day for 21 days. Then, blood and rumen fluid sam- ples were collected on the 1st, 7th, 14th and 21st days respectively, and tissue samples were collected after slaughter. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the treatment group had an increasing trend in the liver index (P = 0. 07) but a significant decrease in the spleen index (P〈0.01). For vitamins, compared with the control group, the contents of vitamins C ( P = 0. 077) and E ( P = 0.066) in the liver of the treatment group had an increasing trend, and vitamin A (P〈0. 05) and the retinol binding protein (P〈0. 01 ) in their plasma were significantly increased. For trace elements, the content of Mn in the liver of the treatment group tended to increase (P = 0. 075), the content of Fe in their duodenum tended to decrease ( P = 0. 09), the Cu contents in their colon and caecum significantly increased ( P〈 0.05), but The Cu in their colon significantly decreased (P〈0. 01 ). On the 1st day of the experiment, the iron content in the ruminant fluid in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0. 05), but, on the 21st day, it was very significantly higher (P〈0. 01 ). The Mn content in the ruminant fluid of the treatment group significantly decreased only on the 14th day, compared with the con- trol group (P〈0. 05). Our results suggest that chronic stress may alter the contents of vitamins and trace elements in goats, which provides a reference for further studies in future.
