摘要
分析公立医院药品市场各主体行为的基础上,归纳公立医院药品市场需求与供给曲线相互关系,研究公立医院药品市场短期均衡与长期均衡的形成机制。结论显示,如不采取措施,中国公立医院药品交易市场今后将面临着量价齐升的状态,陷入药品供应越充足药品价格越上涨的现象。为有效控制公立医院药品市场的"吉芬化"现象,建议斩断医师与药品之间利益链条、发挥药师作用以限制医师不合理处方行为,以及改革现有支付方式,限制医保支付水平,以遏制药品价格上涨的趋势。
Based on the analysis of the main behavior of the drug market in the public hospital,the paper analyzes the relationship between the demand and supply curve of the drug market in the public hospitals and studies the formation mechanism of the short-term equilibrium and long-term equilibrium of the pharmaceutical market.The conclusion shows that if the measures are not taken,the Chinese public hospital drug trading market will face the trend of increasing the quantity and price in the future.The more the drug supply,the higher the prices.In order to effectively control the＂Gifenization＂phenomenon in the public hospital drug market,this paper suggests that to curb the trend of drug price rise,we should cut off the interest chain between physician and drugs,play the role of pharmacist to limit the physician＇s unreasonable prescription behavior,reform the existing payment method and limit the level of medical insurance.
