中国教育学的文化根基:基于文化、为了文化、创新文化 被引量:5

The Cultural Foundation of China's Pedagogy: Basing the Culture,for the Culture and Innovating the Culture

摘要 教育学是"成人"的学科。"成人"意味着教育不仅仅是知识与技能的传授,更重要的是文化的陶冶与养成。要使中国的教育学科取得长足的进步,在世界教育改革中居于重要的地位,我们就不能不思考"文化"之于教育的独特性、底蕴性、生长性等问题。首先,中国的教育学必须基于中国的文化。文化是中国教育学之根基、魂魄与内在心灵。在中国教育学的发展进程中,特别是近些年来,我们往往容易受到西方所谓"普世理念"的倾销与影响。我们需要警惕的是,这种倾销与影响其实是"教育殖民"的反映与体现。事实上,用一种文化来统摄世界各个地区、各个国家、各个民族的文化是危险的,也是有害的,会造成文化差异性与多样性的缺失。其次,中国的教育学必须是为了中国的文化。通过教育传承与保有中国文化的特殊精神,这是国家安全的根本需要;通过教育让学生了解中国文化的优秀与卓越,这是教育多样性的必然选择;通过教育的耳濡目染让学生喜爱中国传统优秀文化并为之自豪,这是铸造学生文化底蕴与人文修养的重要手段。最后,中国的教育学必须创新与改造自己的文化。中国的文化是乐于创新的,喜见发展的。中国教育学的使命即是在融入世界先进文化,即"预流"的过程中,不断包容、借鉴、改造我们自身的文化传统,使其在新的时代、新的世纪焕发出新的生机,以产生第二次新的文化生命与形态。这是当前中国教育学不得不思考的重大问题与使命所在。 Pedagogy is a subject of"being well-educated". Here,"well-educated"means that education is not only the imparting of knowledge and skills,but more important,the mould and development of culture. In order to make China's pedagogy make great progress and occupy an important position in the world education reform,we have to think about the issue of"culture". First,Chinese pedagogy must be based on Chinese culture. Culture is the foundation of China's pedagogy,the soul and the inner spirit. In the process of the development of China's pedagogy,especially in recent years,we are often vulnerable to the dumping and influence of the so-called"universal philosophy"of the West. We need to guard against the dumping and influence,because it is actually a reflection of"the colonization of education". In fact,it is dangerous and harmful to dominate cultures of various countries,regions and nationalities with a kind of culture,which will cause the loss of cultural differences and diversity. Second,China's pedagogy must be for Chinese culture. It is the basic need of national security to inherit and possess the special spirit of Chinese culture education. Through education,we can let students understand the good and great Chinese culture,which is the inevitable choice of education diversity. Through education,we can let students hear the fine aspects of Chinese traditional culture,which is the important means of casting students' culture and humane accomplishment. Third,China's pedagogy must innovate and reform their culture. Chinese culture is willing to innovate and create. The mission of Chinese education is to integrate into the advanced culture of the world. Namely,in the process of "pre-streaming",we should constantly tolerate,learn from and transform our own cultural traditions,so that we can bring forth new vitality in the new era and new century,so as to create a new cultural life and forms. This is the major mission of China's pedagogy to have to think about.
