摘要
当今随着医疗体制的改革和完善，在新医疗体制改革中，公立医院改革财务管理制度成为了重点和难点。这直接影响到公立医院的整体改革水平。因此，我们要结合当下公立医院的实际情况，对财务管理系统进行改革。本文主要对当下公立医院所面临的的财务管理工作进行改革的必要性，并对公立医院财务管理中存在的问题进行了讨论和分析，然后对财务管理中存在的问题提出了相应的解决建议。
With the reform and improvement of the medical system, the reform of the public hospital financial management system has become the key and difficult point in the reform of the new medical system. This has a direct impact on the overall level of reform in public hospitals. Therefore, we should combine the actual situation of the current public hospitals to reform the financial management system. This paper mainly focuses on the necessity of reforming the financial management in public hospitals, and discusses the problems existing in the financial management of public hospitals, and then puts forward some corresponding solutions to the problems existing in financial management.
