摘要
针对高校大型仪器设备资源配置分散、封闭、重复建设等问题,西安交通大学坚持以统筹、开放、规范、高效为目标,推动实体平台建设。通过统筹购置论证,以及大型仪器设备共享系统的建设,深化机制体制改革,完善院级平台,并取得显著成效。该校将进一步借助中国西部创新港建设,推动科技资源的开放共享,助力学校"双一流"建设。
In view of the problems such as the loose allocation,closed management,repeated construction,etc.,of the university large-scale instrument and equipment resources,Xi’an Jiaotong University insists on the overall planning,opening,standarization and high efficiency as the targets to promote the construction of the entity platform.Through the overall purchase argumentation,and the construction of a large-scale instrument and equipment joint sharing system,the construction of the college-level platforms is facilitated,the reform of the mechanism and system is deepened,and the remarkable results are achieved.With the aid of the innovative port construction in western China,the university will further promote the opening and sharing of scientific and technological resources and facilitate the＂Double first-class＂construction of the university.
