摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对铜及铜合金中镉、铁、锌、砷、镍、铬、锡、锰、锑、钴、铅、银、铋含量进行测定,分析了影响测量不确度的主要来源,对分析溶液的制备、工作曲线的配置、测定过程等影响不确定度的分量进行分析,按JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度的评定与表示》的规定进行合成最终给出扩展不确定度,提高了结果的准确性和客观性。
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)for copper and copper alloy chromium,iron,manganese,cobalt,nickel,zinc,arsenic,silver,cadmium,tin,antimony,lead,bismuth were determined.The influence of the main sources of measurement uncertainty degree,the analysis of the impact of configuration solution preparation,calibration curve,determination process and other uncertainty components were analyzed by JJF1059.1-2012"measurement uncertainty evaluation and expression".The provisions of synthesis was eventually given to expand uncertainty,which improved the accuracy of the results and objectivity.
