摘要
采用全自动石墨消解前处理方法,建立连续光源火焰原子吸收法测定土壤中铅元素检测方法。试验表明,铅有较好的线性,相关系数达0.9998;方法检出限为0.5 mg/kg,测定下限为2.0 mg/kg;相对标准偏差在0.6%~3.4%之间,相对误差在1.0%~2.2%之间。该方法操作简便快速、灵敏度高、准确性好。
A new rapid method was established to determine lead in soil by automatic graphite digestion and continuum source atomic absorption spectrometer.The test shows,lead had a good linearity,the correlation coefficient was 0.9998.The method detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg,lower detection limit was 2.0 mg/kg.The relative standard deviation was 0.6%to 3.4%,the relative error was 1.0%to 2.0%.The method was easy and quick,had high sensitivity and accuracy.
