摘要
目的分析肾结核的临床诊治和误诊情况。方法 2011年5月～2016年2月于本院收治的肾结核患者中选取63例,所有患者中有20例症状不典型者(非典型肾结核),对所有患者的临床诊断与治疗情况进行研究分析。结果 63例患者中,有41例患者在进行初步诊断时被误诊,其中白细胞阳性率为71.43%,尿蛋白异常率为44.44%,39.53%的患者红细胞沉降率上升,尿p H值在5.00～6.50之间;B超检查符合率为17.46%,CT为82.69%,静脉泌尿系造影为31.33%。22例患者在入院时已经得到确诊,对其进行标准化的短期治疗,症状消失或者显著减轻,41例患者进行手术治疗,症状消失或者显著减轻。结论肾结核存在有较高的临床误诊率,实验室检查、静脉泌尿系造影联合有利于对肾结核进行有效诊断。
Objective To analyze the clinical diagnosis and misdiagnosis of renal tuberculosis. Methods 63 cases were selected from our hospital renal tuberculosis patients from May 2011 to February 2016, 63 cases of patients, 20 cases of atypical symptoms（atypical renal tuberculosis）, the research and analysis of the clinical the diagnosis and treatment of all patients. Results 63 patients, 41 patients were misdiagnosed in the initial diagnosis, the positive rate of WBC was 71.43%, the abnormal rate of urinary protein was 44.44%, 39.53% patients with erythrocyte sedimentation rate,urine p H value between 5.00-6.50; ultrasound coincidence rate was 17.46%, CT was 82.69%, intravenous urography 31.33%. 22 patients have been diagnosed at the time of admission, the short-term treatment of its standardization, the symptoms disappeared or alleviated, 41 cases were treated by operation, the symptoms disappeared or alleviated. Conclusion The kidney there is a high rate of clinical misdiagnosis in tuberculosis. Laboratory examination, combined with intravenous urography, is beneficial to the effective diagnosis of renal tuberculosis.
