摘要
目的探讨肾结核超声临床诊断作用。方法选取2013年8月~2015年12月我院收治的经临床和手术病理证实为肾结核的70例患者作为观察目标,所有患者均给予超声检查,对肾结核检查率进行统计,并对超声临床诊断价值进行评定。结果 70例肾结核患者,超声检出63例,检出率为90.0%,其中左肾检出率为88.6%（31/35）,右肾检出率为89.7%（26/29）,双肾检出率高达100%（6/6）。超声图像结果显示：积水形32例,肾节型5例,囊肿型12例,钙化型16例,混合型5例。结论超声诊断肾结核在检出率和声像图临床分型方面均具有非常重要的价值,且具有无创、价格低廉、检出率高等优势。
Objective To study the ultrasonic clinical diagnosis of renal tuberculosis. Methods 70 patients of renal tuberculosis confirmed by clinical pathology and surgery were chosen as research target in our hospital from August 2013 to December 2015, all patients were given ultrasound, on renal tuberculosis examination rate statistics, and to assess the clinical diagnostic value of ultrasound. Results 70 patients with renal tuberculosis, ultrasonic detection of 63 cases, the detection rate was 90.0%, among them the left kidney detection rate was 88.6%（31/35）, right kidney detection rate was 89.7%（26/29）, double kidney detection rate is as high as 100%（6/6）. Ultrasound images results showed that water 32 cases, renal section type 5 cases, 12 cases of cyst type, 16 cases of calcified type, mixed type in 5 cases. Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of renal tuberculosis in detection rate and clinical classification in ultrasonography has important value, and it has advantage of noninvasive, low price and high detection rate.
