摘要
目的探讨内镜黏膜下剥离术中黏膜下注射肾上腺素患者的围术期护理要点。方法选取2017年1—12月因消化道黏膜病变需行ESD治疗的96例患者,实施围术期护理,观察患者术后恢复情况。结果患者中有5例术后出现血压升高,3例心率增快,经过积极处理后患者无出血、穿孔、心肌梗死等严重并发症。结论给予患者术前充分评估及准备、术中密切配合、无缝隙交接以及术后护理,可以提高患者的配合程度,减轻患者焦虑及痛苦,并且能够降低并发症发生率,缩短住院日。
Objective To investigate perioperative nursing of endoscopic submucosal dissection in patients with injection of epinephrine. Methods A total of 96 patients who underwent ESD treatment from January to December,2017 were selected in our department,and were given perioperative nursing,and the postoperative recovery of the patients were observed. Results There were 5 cases with elevated blood pressure after surgery,3 cases showed increased heart rate,but no serious complications,such as hemorrhage,perforation,myocardial infarction,were reported after active treatment. Conclusion Sufficient preoperative assessment and preparation,intraoperative close cooperation,seamless handover and correct nursing can not only improve the patient＇s postoperative cooperative degree,reduce patients＇ anxiety and pain,and can reduce the incidence of complications,shorten hospital stay.
