摘要
为了提高开式压力机机身的力学性能,以某开式压力机机身为例,运用Solidworks建立其仿真模型,运用有限元分析软件对其进行静力分析。依据分析结果对机身局部结构进行优化分析,从而得到机身局部结构的合理参数,为压力机的优化设计提供了一种新的思路与理论依据。
In order to improve the mechanical properties of the frame for an open press, taking the frame of some open press as an example, the simulation model has been established by use of Solidworks. The finite element analysis software has been used for static analysis. The local structure of the frame has been optimized and analyzed as per the analysis results. Thus in this way, the reasonable parameters of the local structure of the frame have been obtained, which provides a new idea and theoretical basis for the optimized design of the press.
