摘要
为更加合理地设计高速压力机床身结构,使其达到抗振、安全、可靠的目的,以开式深喉250kN压力机为例,首先应用Rayleigh法推算其机身固有频率与重心偏移的关系,并借助ANSYS有限元分析软件对其影响关系进行了验证与分析。经验证发现,床身重心位置是影响机身固有频率和固有振型的关键因素,合理控制重心位置对高速压力机床身结构设计具有重要意义。
In order to make the structure of high-speed press's frame more anti-seismic, safe and reliable, taking the open deep-throat 250 kN press for example, the relationship between its inherent frequency and its centre-of-gravity shift has been calculated by use of Reyleigh's method, then the influence relationship has been verified and analyzed via ANSYS FEM. The results show that the gravity position of frame is the key factor which influences its inherent frequency and vibration mode. It is vital to control the gravity position properly for designing the high-speed press frame structure.
