摘要
研究选取SSCI数据库旅游类22种期刊中,1983—2015年有两岸四地学者发表的文章为研究对象,经绩效计算,选出绩效排名前30高校内511位教师发表的1862篇文章情况作为研究样本,分别构建各位教师的合作关系网络,运用社会网络分析、相关分析、回归分析等方法研究在合作者知识多样性的调节效应下,两岸四地旅游学科教师的科研合作网络特征对知识创新绩效的影响作用。结果表明:a)网络密度对知识创新绩效有显著的负向影响;b)网络中心性、结构洞对知识创新绩效有显著的正向影响;c)知识多样性加强了网络密度对知识创新绩效的负向作用,但不调节网络中心性对知识创新绩效的影响,正向调节结构洞与知识创新绩效之间的正向关系。
The paper selects articles published by scholars from mainland and cross-strait from 1983 to 2015 in 22 kinds of tourism journals in SSCI as a database for the study. By the performance calculation, 1862 articles published by 511 teachers in the top 30 colleges and universities were selected as the re-search sample. The paper constructs the cooperative relationship network of teachers. By the methods of so-cial network analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,it studies the influence of scientific re-search cooperation network characteristics of tourism teachers in mainland and cross -strait on knowledge innovation performance under the regulatory effect of collaborators’ diversity of knowledge. It has turned out that： （1） The network density has a significant negative impact on the innovation performance of knowl-edge ;（2） Network centrality and structural holes play a significant positive impact on knowledge innovation performance; （3） The network density has a significant negative impact on the innovation performance of knowledge; and enhances positive effect of structural hole on knowledge innovation performance, however it doesn’t mediate network centrality effect on knowledge innovation.
