摘要
目的:了解协同医院住院医师规范化培训的情况,探讨存在的问题与对策。方法:对苏州市3家协同医院培训基地内的住院医师规范化培训学员进行问卷调查。结果:接受调查的住院医师共172名,98.84%的住院医师认为规范化培训对自身能力提高有帮助;27.91%的住院医师轮转期间管床数小于5张;22.09%和42.44%的住院医师轮转期间缺乏参与实习带教和科研工作的机会;住院医师对培训基地总体培训教学和管理的满意度评分为8.23,对月收入水平满意度评分为5.16;相比本院学员,外院委培住院医师对规范化培训总体满意度较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对月收入满意度较高的住院医师,对规范化培训总体满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:协同医院规范化培训工作取得一定成效,应进一步加强基地建设和培训管理,规范协同医院与国家基地的协同机制,提高住院医师收入,探索统一的住院医师人事类别管理模式。
Objective： To investigate the standardized training of resident doctors in collaborative hospitals. Methods： Questionnaire survey on residents was conducted in 3 collaborative hospital training bases in Suzhou city. Results： There were 172 residents in the survey.98. 84% residents believed that standardized training was helpful to improve their ability. 27. 91% of the residents manage less than 5 beds during rotation. There were 22. 09% and 42. 44% of the residents lacked of participation in the teaching and research opportunities during rotation. The satisfaction score of the general training and management was 8. 23,and the satisfaction score of income level was 5. 16.Compared with the residents of the training base hospital,the overall satisfaction of standardized training among the residents entrusted by the other hospitals was lower,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Residents who had higher satisfaction of monthly income had higher overall satisfaction with standardized training,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：Standardized resident training in collaborative hospitals has achieved some effects. The collaborative hospital should further strengthen the base construction and training management,standardize the cooperation mechanism with the national training base,adjust and improve the income treatment of residents,and the resident personnel management mode should be explored and unified.
