稀土在电工钢中的应用研究现状与发展前景 被引量:13

摘要 稀土在钢铁中发挥着独特而不可替代的重要作用,近年来,无论是基础研究领域还是应用领域,稀土钢都得到迅速发展,尤其稀土电工钢成为热门研发钢种,但目前相关研究仍处探索阶段,亟需开展系统、深入的研究工作。在分析近年来稀土在电工钢中的研究成果基础上,归纳和总结了现代技术条件下稀土在电工钢中的应用、研究现状以及稀土元素在其中的作用规律和影响机理,分别探讨了稀土在常规无取向电工钢、取向电工钢以及Fe-6.5%Si高硅电工钢中的应用。大量研究表明,在电工钢中添加稀土可以显著改善电工钢的磁性能、力学性能、织构等,在提高电工钢磁性能和力学性能方面具有广泛的应用前景,凭借中国特色资源优势发展稀土电工钢具有重要学术价值和现实意义。 Rare earth(RE)plays a unique and irreplaceable important role in iron and steel.The developments in both basic research and application of RE steel are rapid in recent years.Especially,RE electrical steels attracts more and more attention.However,the relevant research is still in the exploration stage,and it is urgent to carry out systematic and in-depth research work.Based on the recent research results about the application of RE in electrical steels,the research status of RE in electrical steels under modern technical conditions and the effect mechanism of RE in electrical steels were summarized.The application of RE in conventional non-oriented electrical steels,grain-oriented electrical steels and Fe-6.5 mass% Si high-silicon electrical steels were discussed respectively.A large number of studies show that the addition of RE in electrical steels can significantly improve the magnetic properties,mechanical properties and texture of electrical steels.There is a broad application prospect of RE in the improvement of magnetic and mechanical properties for electrical steels,and the development of RE electrical steels with Chinese resources′characteristics has an important academic value and a practical significance.
