摘要
借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪等检测手段,对复合稀土微合金化后无取向硅钢成品组织及夹杂物的种类、尺寸以及形貌进行了表征与分析。结果表明:复合稀土微合金化可以适当减小无取向硅钢的晶粒尺寸;钢中的夹杂物数量减少且尺寸集中在0.5~5μm区间,针状夹杂物转变为近似球状或椭球形的稀土类夹杂,有利于磁性能的提高。
Effect of mischmetal micro-alloying on microstructure and type,size,morphology of inclusions in non-oriented silicon steels was characterized and analyzed by OM,SEM and EDS. The results show that mischmetal micro-alloying can refine grains of the tested steels; the number of inclusions in steels declines,the size of inclusions concentrates in the range of 0. 5-5 μm,the needle-like inclusions change to spherical or ellipsoidal rare earth ones,the electromagnetic performance of the tested steels increases obviously.
