摘要
目的对ICU重症监护清醒病人护理中针对性护理的效果进行探讨分析。方法选取我院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的66例ICU清醒病患作为本次研究的观察目标,且依照其入住ICU的时间划分为观察组(n=33,针对性护理)以及对照组(n=33,常规护理)。对参与研究的两组患者进行护理满意度、睡眠质量以及不良情绪出现概率的具体情况进行对比观察。结果对数据进行整理可知,观察组病患出现不良情绪的概率远低于对照组,且该组患者的对护理的满意度及睡眠质量评分均高于对照组病患,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ICU重症监护清醒病患给予针对性的护理措施,其对于情绪的调整以及睡眠状况的改善均有积极意义,因此在对重症患者进行护理服务时,配合采用针对性护理对于提升其远期治疗效果有积极作用。
Objective To investigate and analyze effect of targeted nursing of conscious ICU patients. Methods Choose 66 cases ICU conscious patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were as observation objects in the study. According to ICU admission sequence, divide them into observation group（n=33, targeted nursing） and control group（n=33, regular nursing）. Compare and observe nursing satisfaction, sleep quality and probability of bad mood of two groups in the study. Results Data collation showed bad mood probability of observation group was far lower than control group, satisfaction and sleep quality scores of observation group were higher than control group, difference showed statistical significance between two groups,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing measures has positive significance for mood adjusting and sleep condition improvement of ICU conscious patients, which has positive effect to improve long term curative effect during nursing care of ICU patients.
