摘要
目的观察泪小管切开治疗泪小管炎伴泪小管结石的疗效。方法收集2016.1-2017.3于我院眼科门诊就诊的泪小管炎伴泪小管结石患者19例,均行经泪小点的泪小管切开,随访3-6月,观察手术疗效。结果所有患者中治愈17例,好转2例,治愈率100%。结论泪小管切开治疗泪小管炎伴泪小管结石是一种安全有效的方法。
Objetive To observe the efficacy of canaliculotomy in the treatment of canaliculitis with canalicular lithiasis. Methods A total of 19 eyes of 19 patients of eanalieulitis with canalieular lithiasis were collected from Jan, 2016 to Mar, 201 in our hospital. All cases received eanaliculotomy and were followed up for 3 to 6 months. The effect of surgery, was analyzed. Result In all patients,17 cases were cured,12 cases improved. The effecetive rate was 100%. Conclusion Canaliculotomy is safe and efficacious in treating caualiculitis with canalicular lithiasis.
