摘要
目的观察泪小管切开联合泪道逆行置管术治疗泪小管炎伴慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法对2008年1月至2010年8月来泪道专科门诊就诊的泪小管炎伴慢性泪囊炎的患者60例采取泪小管切开联合泪道逆行置管术治疗，术后随访3个月。结果所有患者中42例治愈，18例好转，治疗有效率为100％。结论采用泪小管切开联合泪道逆行置管术治疗泪小管炎伴慢性泪囊炎，是一种安全、有效地方法。
Objective To observate the therapeutic effects of canaliculotomy combined with canaliculus retrograde intubation in the treatment of canaliculitis with chronic dacryocystitis. Methods 60 cases of canalicular inflammation with chronic dacryocystitis were treated with canaliculotomy com- bined with canaliculus retrograde intubation,and postoperative followed up for 3months. Result In all patients,42 cases were cured, 18 cases improved. The effective rate was 100%. Conclusions Canaliculotomy combined with canaliculus retrograde intubation is a safe and effective way.
