摘要
医院志愿服务作为改善医疗服务的一部分和不可或缺的服务模式,在医院一社区联动、医护一患者沟通等方面发挥着重要作用,对改善患者体验度、增强群众获得感方面作用显而易见。航空总医院借鉴国内外医院志愿服务经验,以改善患者体验为出发点和落脚点,构建了一整套医院志愿服务体系,并对新医改形势下医院志愿服务模式创新进行了有益探索。
As an indispensable part and indispensable service mode, hospital voluntary service plays an important role in hospital community interaction, health care and patient communication and so on. It is obvious to improve patient experience and enhance people's sense of acquisition. General Hospital of China Aviation draw lessons from the experience of hospital voluntary service at home and abroad, improve patient experience as the starting point and foothold, set up a complete set of hospital volun- teer service system, and explore the innovation of hospital voluntary service mode under the new medical reform situation.
