摘要
根据《伤寒论》猪肤汤组方药物特点,研究制成了具有滋阴利嗓、清咽润喉作用的软糖。以猪肤胶、冰糖、米粉、蜂蜜、柠檬汁以及中药浓缩膏等,制备软糖。通过对猪肤胶、糖、米粉、蜂蜜、柠檬汁等用量进行反复研究,确定了最佳配比,即冰糖用量∶猪肤胶用量∶米粉量∶蜂蜜量∶柠檬量∶中药膏用量=100∶70∶15∶5∶25∶10。
According to characteristics of the pigskin decoction（猪肤汤） prescription drugs of ＂Treatise on Febrile Diseases＂, we has made the healthy soft sweets with the function of enrich Yin and protect throat, clear and nourish throat. This soft sweet was prepared with pigskin glue, sugar, rice flour, honey, lemon juice and concentrated Chinese medicinal ointment as raw materials. The best ratio of pigskin glue, sugar, rice flour, honey, lemon juice and concentrated Chinese medicinal ointment was is 100∶70∶15∶5∶25∶10.
