摘要
目的探讨卫勤演练中运用学员担任标准化伤员的组织与实施。方法演练前制定标准化伤员实施方案和伤情卡,做好人员安排和物资准备;演练后指导教员使用自制问卷对标准化伤员进行评价;召开座谈会。结果指导教员认为标准化伤员表演真实、认真负责;大部分学员喜爱这种训练方式。结论运用标准化伤员提供提升救护技能及人文关怀的机会,但还存在评价体系不完善、缺少专业对话等问题。
Objective To explore the organization and implementation of using students as standardized wounded soldiers in military maneuver. Methods Implementation programs and injury cards of standardized wounded soldier were developed,staff and material were prepared before maneuver; self-made questionnaires were used by instructors to evaluate the standardized wounded soldiers and a symposium was held after maneuver. Results Performance of standardized wounded soldiers was considered to be authentic,serious and responsible; most students were fond of this training modality. Conclusion Standardized wounded soldiers provide opportunity to enhance warfield rescue skills and humanistic care,but problems like imperfect evaluation system,deficient professional dialogue still remain.
