摘要
共享单车在现实中遭遇到多维度伦理问题。人们对其最直观的感受是其乱停和被破坏有违公众道德,殊不知这也与其设计和管理未顾及国民的道德水准有关,有些破坏行为已构成违法犯罪但更多仍在失德与违法间。共享单车作为共享经济产物,其商业模式和激励措施都符合经济伦理的要求,也有些品牌采取了不正当竞争策略而有违道德。不同品牌的共享单车设计构造也不同,反映出其运营商对使用者不同的人性预设。目前我国的城市公共部门对共享单车,普遍存在管理伦理弱化和失范的现象,是导致共享单车种种乱象的主要原因。共享经济的发展迫切需要与之相应的"共享伦理",共享单车的运营实践恰恰为其提供了沃土。
The shared bicycles encounter multi-dimensional ethical problems in reality. The most intuitive feeling to ithat it is disorderly destroyed in violation of the public morality, and it is not known that it is related to the moral standards of the people who are not concerned with the design and management. As a product of the shared economy the business model and incentive measures are all in accordance with the requirements of the economic ethics, and some brands have taken unfair competition strategies and on contrary to morality. The design structure of shared bicycles of different brands is also different, reflecting the different human nature presuppositions of their operators. At present, the public sector of our city has the phenomenon of the weakening and anomie of the management ethics, which is the main cause of the disorder of sharing the bicycle. The development of shared economy urgently needs the corresponding the "sharing ethics". Sharing bicycle operation practice just provides fertile soil for it.
