摘要
新冠肺炎疫情是对我国治理体系和能力的大考,也是对城市共享单车治理的大考。共享单车基于出行方式的特殊性,成为不少城市公交、地铁停开之后居民出行的首选,在抗疫过程中发挥了重要的作用。防疫期内,应从政府、共享单车企业和用户三个方面完善对城市共享单车的治理;疫期过后,应尽快将共享单车纳入城市公共交通运输系统。这样有利于发挥共享单车对城市的积极作用,避免其消极影响,使城市生活更美好。
COVID-19 is a great test on China's governance system and capacity,as well as the governance of city bike-sharing.As a special travel mode,shared bikes have become the first choice for residents for travel in many cities after buses and subways are stopped,playing an important role in the anti-epidemic process.During the COVID-19 prevention period,the government,the bike-sharing enterprises and the public(namely users)should improve the governance of city bike-sharing.After the COVID-19 period,bike-sharing should be incorporated into the city public transportation system.All the above would help to play a positive role of shared bikes in the city and mitigate its negative impact,so as to make the city life better.
