摘要
直流控制保护系统是整个超高压换流站二次系统的核心,其工作性能的好坏直接决定高压直流输电系统的稳定性、安全性和可靠性,而其运行性能又主要体现在它的软硬件平台和控制保护系统的设计上。通过借鉴换流站交流控制保护系统结构和交流微机保护的设计思路,将高压直流换流站中直流控制与保护独立设计,即将换流变保护、直流滤波器保护、交流滤波器保护从控制保护系统中分割出来,采用独立设计的方案,并对直流保护采用交流微机保护的"启动+动作"动作出口逻辑或者"三取二"出口逻辑,有效解决了直流控制保护系统单一元件故障导致直流保护误动作及其他系统结构带来的问题,可极大提高直流输电系统的安全稳定性。
DC control and protection system is the main part of the secondary system in converterstations, its performance directly determines the stability, safety and reliability of the HVDC trans?mission system, while the operation performance is mainly reflected in the software and hardwareplatform and the design of the control and protection system. Referring to the design mode of theac control and protection system and the design scheme of the ac microcomputer relay protection, anew design of dc control and protection is presented that the converter transformer protection, dcfiler protection and ac filer protection are separated from the control and protection system, whilethe dc protection is designed by using the“starting+ action”action logic in dc protection or“twoout of three”action logic to avoid the malfunction of dc protection caused by a single element fail?ure. This design could greatly improve the safety and stability of DC transmission system.
