摘要
微晶玻璃是一类含有微晶相和玻璃相的多晶固体材料,是特定组分的基础玻璃在一定的热处理制度下通过控制晶化作用制得的一种功能性材料,兼具玻璃的基本特性和陶瓷的多晶特性,因此具有良好的化学稳定性和物理稳定性,目前已被广泛应用于建筑装饰、电子电工和机械化工等领域。利用废弃高炉渣生产微晶玻璃不但可以固定炉渣中的有害成分,还可以降低成本,产生一定的经济效益,因此这是一项具有环保和经济双重效益的生产技术。文章主要概括了以高炉渣作为原材料制备微晶玻璃的发展历程,系统阐述了国内外对于晶核剂的作用机理、提高微晶玻璃的性能、主晶相的选择以及晶化方式等方面的研究进展,并介绍了高炉渣微晶玻璃的制备原理、工艺方法、晶核剂和热处理制度的选择依据,同时简要叙述了微晶玻璃按照不同标准的分类情况及其性质和应用。
Glass-ceramics is a kind of polycrystalline solid material which contains microcrystalline phase and glass phase. And it is also a kind of functional materials which is made of specific components of the basic glass in a certain heat treatment system by controlling crystallization. There are both the basic characteristic of glass and the polycrystalline properties of ceramics, which has a broad application in architectural ornament, electronic components, mechanical chemistry because of its excellent chemical and physical stability. Production of microcrystalline glass not only can fix the harmful composition of slag but also can reduce cost and produce certain economic benefits by using of waste blast furnace slag. So it is a production technology of environmental and economic benefits. The article mainly summarizes the development of preparation of glass-ceramics with the blast furnace slag, system elaborates the research progress about mechanism of nucleation agent, improving performance of microcrystalline glass, choice of main crystal phase and crystallization methods both at home and abroad. The production principle, preparation method and the choice of nucleation agent and heat treatment of glass-ceramics with the blast furnace slag are introduced in this paper. And the classification of glass-ceramics is briefly described according to different standards.
