摘要 定制公交是一种新型的交通方式,其定价策略对改善城市交通状况有重要意义。本文以常规公交、定制公交和小汽车3种交通方式并存的多方式城市交通路网为研究基础,建立双层规划模型来研究定制公交的定价问题。分别以企业利润最大化和系统最优为目标构建上层定价决策模型,下层为等价的多方式随机用户平衡模型。采用遗传算法(GA)和序列二次规划算法(SQP)对模型进行求解。为验证模型的适用性,构建了简单路网进行算例分析。结果显示:与系统最优为目标的定价策略相比,以企业利润最大化为目标的定价策略虽然能提高企业收益,但会提高系统总成本和降低公交分担率。 Customized bus is a new type of transportation tool, the pricing strategy has important significance to improve the city traffic. Based on the urban traffic network which includes cars, buses, customized city bus, the bi-level programming model is established to study customized bus pricing problem. The upper model is constructed with the objective of maximizing enterprise profit and system optimization, and the lower model is the equivalent of the multimode stochastic user equilibrium model. Genetic algorithm(GA) and sequential quadratic programming (SQP) algorithm are used to determine a optimal model. To verify the applicability of the model, a simple road network is built as an example. The results show that compared with the existing system, the optimal pricing strategy aimed enterprise profit maximization can improve corporate earnings, but add the system total cost and reduce the bus share rate.
