摘要
从建筑全生命周期出发,估算了建筑在施工、装修和拆除阶段的废弃物产生量及其比例,分析了各个阶段实现减量化的潜力,明确了实现零排放的关键阶段;同时,根据对有关地区工业化建筑项目实施和废弃物资源化利用经验的调研情况,探讨了基于建筑工业化而实现建筑废弃物减量化的主要措施,促进了建筑废弃物循环经济发展。
Based on the full life-cycle of the buildings, the amount and corresponding proportions of the waste generated during the construction, decoration and demolition stages are estimated in this paper. The potential for re- duction of waste in each stage is analyzed, and the critical stages for achieving the zero emission targetr are high- lighted. Meanwhile, based on the survey on the implementation of industrialized construction projects and the uti- lization experience of waste resources in the relevant regions, the main measures for realizing the reduction of building waste on the basis of the industrialized buildings are discussed, which is promising to promote the develop- ment of circular economy of building waste.
