摘要
探讨纺纱用胶辊胶圈的应用现状和研究方向。介绍了胶辊胶圈的性能与成纱质量的关系。针对胶辊胶圈用丁腈橡胶和聚氨酯橡胶的特点和应用方向,具体探讨了两种橡胶在实际使用过程中出现的问题和改进研究的方向。为了应对新型纺纱技术的发展,提出了高性能胶辊胶圈的具体要求和努力方向。认为:只有通过设备、工艺、配方等方面的自主创新研究,重点提升胶辊胶圈在高速运转条件下的抗卷绕性能、耐热性能和稳定性。
The application status and development direction of rubber-covered roll and apron in yarn spinning were discussed. The relationship between the performance of rubber-covered roll and apron with yarn quality was introduced. Aimed at the performances and application directions for rubber-covered roll and apron with nitrile and polyurethane rubber, the problems for these two rubbers used in practical and their improvement study direc- tions were discussed in detail. In order to response the development of new type of spinning technology, the de tailed requirement and development direction for high quality rubber-covered roll and apron were put forward. It is considered that the winding resistance performance, heat resistance and stability for rubber-covered roll and apron in the condition of high speed running should be focused and improved through the self-dependent innovation study in the aspects of equipment, processing, formula and so on.
