摘要
为了加强对转杯纺纱用胶辊、胶圈的应用研究,并正确使用、维护及改进,对转杯纺纱用胶辊、胶圈的技术要求和作用进行了分析,从规格、技术条件,对成纱质量的影响,维护等方面介绍了胶辊、胶圈的应用实践,指出转杯纺纱用胶辊、胶圈对纱线的捻度传递,纱线的质量及运动缓冲有一定的影响,加强对胶辊、胶圈的管理和维护,能够有效提高成纱质量。
Aiming at further research of the cot and apron for rotor spinning and for proper use,maintenance and modification,analysis is done to the tech-specification and performance of the cot and apron for rotor spinning.Introduction is done to the cot and apron including the specification,tech-terms,impact on the quality of resultant yarn.Conclusion is made that the cot and apron of rotor spinning has some impact on twist conveying,quality of resultant yarn,yarn buff movement.Reinforcement of management and maintenance of cot and apron can effectively improve quality of resultant yarn.
