摘要
目的探索我国40~65岁女性的潮热出汗症状及其与血压的相关性。方法采用横断面调查方法,于2015年10至12月,在7个省(自治区、直辖市)的妇幼保健院门诊,采用自制的问卷对40~65岁的女性进行调查。结果调查共收集到2 495例调查对象的问卷,其中未绝经1 274例(51.1%),平均年龄为(47.11±4.143)岁;已绝经1 221例(48.9%),平均绝经年龄为(48.47±4.227)岁。高收缩压组和收缩压正常组近2周潮热出汗发生频率差异有统计学意义(Z=-4.686,P=0.000)。在未绝经调查对象中,高收缩压组和收缩压正常组近2周潮热出汗发生频率差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.913,P=0.004)。结论我国40~65岁女性的潮热出汗症状与高收缩压有关,与高舒张压无关。未绝经的高收缩压更年期女性中潮热出汗发生频率较高。
Objective To explore the relationship between hot flash symptom and blood pressure in Chinese women aged 40- 65 years. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted for 40-65 year-old women by self-made questionnaire in maternal and child health hospitals in 7 provinces during October to December 2016. Results Questionnaires of 2 495 cases were collected, including 1 274 cases （51.1%） of non-menopause with average age of 47.11±4.143 years old and 1 221 cases （48.9%） of menopause with average menopausal age of 48.47 ± 4.227 years old. The hot flash frequency in the past two weeks was statistically different between high systolic pressure group and normal group （Z=-4.686 ,P=0.000）. In the non-menopausal women, the hot flash frequency in the past two weeks was statistically different between high systolic pressure group and normal group （Z = - 2.913, P = 0. 004）. Conclusion Hot flash is relevant to high systolic pressure whereas irrelevant to high diastolic pressure in 40-65 year-old Chinese women. Non-menopausal women with high systolic pressure have a higher hot flash frequency.
