摘要
目的 观察醋调五倍子从神阙穴超声导入对肝病盗汗患者的治疗效果.方法 于2014年2月—2016年2月选择无锡市第五人民医院住院治疗的肝病盗汗患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例.观察组采用醋调五倍子超声导入神阙穴治疗,对照组采用神阙穴贴敷治疗.观察患者盗汗症状改善情况和发生不良反应情况,比较两组治疗效果.结果 治疗1个疗程后两组患者出汗症状均有不同程度改善,观察组显效28例,对照组显效22例,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2=6.788,P〈0.05）.对照组皮肤瘙痒6例,皮损感染2例,变应性接触性皮炎1例;观察组只出现皮肤瘙痒3例;两组不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2=3.750,P〈0.05）.结论 五倍子外敷神阙穴在肝病盗汗患者中有较好疗效,用超声波导入法可缩短起效时间,不良反应率低.
Objective To explore the effects of gallnut made of vinegar ultrasound with sonophoresis on Shenque point in liver disease patients with night sweat. Methods A total of 60 liver disease inpatients with night sweat treated in Wuxi No.5 People＇s Hospital were recruited from February 2014 to February 2016. They were randomly divided into observation group（n=30,gallnut made of vinegar ultrasound with sonophoresis on Shenque point）and control group（n=30,acupoint Shenque application）. And then,we observed the improvement of symptoms on night sweat and the occurrence of adverse reactions along with comparing treatment effects between two groups. Results After one course of treatment,the symptom of sweating between two groups all improved at different levels. There were 28 patients in observation group and 22 patients in control group with significant efficiency with a significant difference between two groups（χ^2=6.788,P 〈 0.05）. There were 6 patients with itchy skin,two with skin lesions infection,one with allergic contact dermatitis in control group. However,there were three patients with itchy skin in observation group. The difference in rate of adverse reaction between two groups was significant（χ^2=3.750,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Acupoint Shenque application with gallnut has good effects in liver disease patients with night sweat. The application of sonophoresis can shorten the onset time with a low rate of adverse reaction.
