摘要
本文采用小型间歇式球磨机,对比研究不同研磨介质(钢球与陶瓷球)粉磨水泥时的粉磨效率,通过试验得出:陶瓷球不适用于物料的粗粉碎及高比表面积水泥的粉磨。陶瓷球用于粉磨比表面积为某一区间的水泥时,粉磨效率高,具有节电优势。
The grinding efficiency of different grinding medium (steel ball and ceramic ball) was studied by batch ball mill. The results showed that ceramic ball was not suitable for coarse crushing of materials and grinding of cement with high specific surface area. When the specific surface area of cement was in a certain interval, the grinding efficiency of ceramic ball was high and could save energy.
